Brilliant, peaceful position with a central atrium overlooking the Broadwater - it has in room spas and large balconies, security parking, two swimming pools (one is heated), saunas, a tennis court, a games room, gymnasium, rooftop BBQ's and BYO restaurant.
It's also close to many theme parks, Harbourtown factory outlets and dining. Each apartment has a fully equipt kitchen, laundry facilities, large double spa bath, TV's, two bathrooms, ceiling fans, air conditioning, broadband internet access and free cable TV. Note: There is a surcharge of $20 per night to guarantee Broadwater views (subject to availability) and $5 per night air conditioning. ****Both these extra fees are payable direct and have not been included in accommodation tariffs.
