Photographic ID as well as a cash deposit are required at check-in for any peripheral fees that may be incurred .
Individual requirements are conditional upon availability at your check in and might attract extra charges. Individual requirement requests are not assured.
- No Animals or Pets are permitted
- Sign-in arrival time is not before 2 o'clock in the Afternoon
- Sign-out / departure time is 10 o'clock in the Morning / late check out may incur a fee
- Lowest registration age is 18 years old
- A Deposit of cash is needed on check in.
Cancellation is Free of charge only if the booking cancelled within 14 days prior to check in date. In this time frame a penalty charge will not be incurred.
However If the booking cancelled or changed more the 14 days prior to check in or in the instance of not showing up, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Any extra bedding and or cots for kids are free of no charge Any child under 2 years of age can stay at no extra cost when using provided beds.
Any child older than two years of age or any adult are billed at a rate of A$40 each night for any additional bedding.
The highest allowance for any additional bedding or cots for a single room is one (1)
Any request for extra bedding or cribs or cots is by request only is subject to confirmation by the accommodation provider.
Any additional or extra charges will not be automatically calculated within the total costs. They will need to be paid for separately in the accommodation within the term of the stay.
Payment in advance. The full price and payment for the booking will be charged and paid for on the day of reservation. It is fully refundable, subject to compliance with the above cancellation terms.

The Accommodation provider reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
Vital information
Mantra Circle On Cavill enforces a non flexible No Party Policy. Parties are forbidden in the apartments for the safety and convenience of other Circle on Cavill guests and residents.
Please be aware a 2% extra charge applies for all payments made with Master card, Visa, Diners Club &Amex credit cards.
Every apartment in Mantra Circle on Cavill is separately owned and decorated meaning decors might vary from the images portrayed on this website.

Your booking is secure. All personal information is fully encrypted and is to be handled in a secure manner.

Schoolies Terms and Conditions apply from mid November to mid December 2009.
Reservations are not accepted where any guest is below the age of 18 years of age and not in the company of a legal guardian or a parent.
Reservations won't be accepted in the case that all guests are under the age of 18 years old.
